Tokens are PromptX balance units used for paid AI operations. The price depends on the action, model and selected settings. Check it before starting.
Balance, reservations and spending
- Available balance — tokens you can use for new operations.
- Reserved — tokens set aside for an operation in progress. They are unavailable for another run but are not yet final spending.
- Spent — tokens that have been charged.
- Released — a reservation has been removed. This differs from refunding a charge that was already completed.
Check usage
- Open your profile and the token usage history section.
- Check the workspace: personal and organization balances are separate.
- Select a period and use the available filters for tool, model or action.
- Find the operation and inspect its details. Marketing Studio usage may include several stages.
Why did my balance change?
New reservations, charges and credits affect your available balance. If a generation is still running, check the active reservation. After a failed run, inspect the final operation status in usage history rather than relying only on the error message.
Organization members may have individual spending limits. If available tokens are insufficient, check both the workspace balance and your role limits. Older history entries may have incomplete model details.
