Your subscription determines access to PromptX features. Extra tokens add to your balance but do not replace a plan or unlock another plan’s features.
Subscribe
- Open the plans section and check which workspace the purchase is for.
- Compare the available features, token allowance, billing period and price.
- Choose a plan. Apply a promo code if you have one and check the final amount.
- Select an available payment method and complete payment.
- Return to PromptX and check the subscription status. If payment is still processing, refresh later before paying again.
Buy extra tokens
An active subscription is required to purchase extra tokens. Open the top-up screen, choose an available amount, check the price and workspace, then complete payment. Buying extra tokens does not change your plan.
Disable or resume automatic renewal
- Open subscription management in your profile and check its status and end date.
- To stop future renewals, choose cancellation and complete the confirmation steps.
- While the subscription remains active, you can resume automatic renewal if the action is available. If it has expired, open the plans page for a new purchase.
Check current prices, plan terms and available payment methods on the purchase screen. Do not submit another payment until you have checked the previous payment’s status.
