PromptX provides separate sections for conversations and files. History takes you back to a chat, while Assets helps you find and organize files in the current workspace.
Return to a conversation
- Open History in the sidebar.
- Find and open the conversation you need.
- Go to the message containing the result and open the image, video or other available file.
Find and download a file
- Open Assets and check your selected workspace.
- Use the available search and type filters for images, video or audio.
- Open the file to preview it and use its download action.
- Create folders and use the available move actions to organize your materials.
View generation settings
If generation details are saved for a file and you have access, you can view its model, prompt and settings. Uploaded files and some older results may not have this information.
If a result is missing
- Check whether the generation completed successfully. An unfinished request does not yet mean a file is ready.
- Switch to the workspace where you created the result and clear filters.
- Try opening the original chat or the result in the tool where you started it.
- Refresh the page if the file list or download link did not load.
